Shipping Policy

Shipping And Delivery 

All orders ship within 1-3 business day of receiving payment if item(s) is in stock. If item is not in stock it will ship within 2-5 business days.  We are not able to break orders up into separate shipments.  If you place an order for both in stock item and out of stock item, your entire order will ship together once we receive the out of stock items.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.

Severe weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control may delay our deliveries. We will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges based on an inclement weather delay or due to such circumstances.

Any order that requires shipping will be shipped via Canada Post. Upon selecting one of the shipping methods, the estimated delivery time can be found under each of the options. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon purchase.

COVID-19 AND LOCKDOWNS: Please note postal services are delayed and no longer guaranteeing deliveries due to the heavy volume of shipments and delays due to lockdowns.

Pick up In Person

If you are local to Ottawa, you can place your orders online and choose "Pick up" as your shipping option and pick it up in our store within one business day for in stock items and 3-5 business day for out of stock items. Please contact us for more information.
