Return Policy 

Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free shopping experience. We will gladly refund any returned merchandise, in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, manuals and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance or gift cards.
  • If you purchased your item online, you can return your item to our store or you may return the item by mail.
  • If you decide to return your item by mail:
    • For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services.
    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

In the event that the item is defective:

  • New items: a manufacturers warranty will apply.
  • Estate and pre-owned items: store warranty will apply.

 Online Purchases:

  • We have a 21-day return policy for online orders which means we only accept returns within 21 days from the purchase date.
  • We will refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping fees and return shipping fees.

In Store Purchases: 

  • We have a 14-day return policy for in store purchases which means we only accept returns within 14 days from the purchase date.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. You can expect a refund within 2 weeks of receipt of your return.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
